REVIEW OF THE RULES
- Write new lyrics to a TV show tune. I must see lyrics
- Use ten (10) culinary smallware terms per student in your group.
- No more than 3 persons in group. (trio)
- Song must make culinary sense.
- Stay away from overly suggestive lyrics.
- Perform song/poem in class or bring a video that you made of yourself or group performing song. (CD or DVD)
- You may use back up music as long as the lyrics are not heard, music only.
- Grade is based on:
20pts (Teamwork/Time Management)
Use of Terminology; word + definition; total of 100 points; this will count as test points
10pts per word will count as test points for knowledge and use of terminology
Performance; all members in the group must present in some capacity; those who did not presence or absent will receive a zero
50 pts (lab grade)

Take a look at the examples below. Both groups do a great job presenting, however if you are presenting by yourself and you are having someone help show tools, please make sure they are prepared and know the difference between the various different kitchenwares.
GOAL:
- You must learn where everything is in the kitchen.
- What it does and is used for is usually an indication for where you will find it.
SMALLWARE TERMS:
- Includes ALL small hand held equipment for use in the kitchen.
